Dear Parents,

Open Registration for the upcoming 2011-2012 school year is currently being conducted on a first-come, first-served basis for all CCNH programs:

1) Nursery / Pre-K / Kindergarten Readiness

2) Before and After School Daycare for North Harford Elementary students

3) Full Day Daycare Programs for CCNH Nursery/Pre-K children

4) Two Year Old “Me and Shadow” classes

Completed Registration Contracts and appropriate fees are being accepted at CCNH. The CCNH Board of Directors is pleased to announce that there are no Tuition increases for Nursery/Kindergarten Readiness, or Daycare programs for the 2011-2012 school year.

Registration Contracts for any CCNH program options are available by request to the Director (410-836-0444 or ccnh707@zoominternet.net), or on our website pages.

1) Completed Contracts and fees will be accepted either directly at the school Office

or may be mailed to: CCNH, 707 Highland Road, Street, Md. 21154. Upon

receipt of completed Registration Contracts and appropriate fees, children’s enrollment for 2011-12 is finalized. Registration is conducted on a “first-come, first-served” basis.

2) Registration Fee of $70.00 for Nursery/Pre-K and Kindergarten Readiness programs

OR Registration Fee of $35.00 for any Daycare programs must be submitted with

completed Registration Contract to insure finalized enrollment. The first TUITION

INSTALLMENT PAYMENT for the 2011-12 year is DUE at the time of submission

of completed Registration Contract.

3) Children’s Medical, Emergency Forms, etc. will be distributed to Parents after

Registration is completed.

4) At the time of Registration, the following Nursery / Pre-K / Kindergarten Readiness

Class Schedules and Tuition Rates will be in effect for the 2011-12 year:

a) Monday-Wednesday-Friday AM, 9 AM to 12 Noon, $168 per installment

@ 10 installments = $1,680 yearly

b) Monday-Wednesday-Friday Full Day, 9 AM to 3:30 PM, $357 per installment

@ 10 installments = $3,570 yearly

c) Monday through Friday AM, 9 AM to 12 Noon, $280 per installment

@ 10 installments = $2,800 yearly

d) Monday through Friday Full Day, 9 AM to 3:30 PM, $590 per installment

@ 10 installments = $5,900 yearly

e) Tuesday-Thursday AM, 9 AM to 12 Noon, $120 per installment

@ 10 installments = $1,200 yearly

f) Tuesday-Thursday Full Day, 9 AM to 3:30 PM, $256 per installment @ 10

installments = $2,560 yearly

5) At the time of Registration, the following Before and After School Daycare for

North Harford Elementary School students Schedules and Tuition Rates will be in

effect for the 2011-12 year:

a) PLAN A: BEFORE ONLY at 5 days per week, K to Grade 5: $220.00 per

installment @ 10 installments per school year = $2,200.00 yearly

b) PLAN B: AFTER ONLY at 5 days per week, K to Grade 5: $220.00 per

installment @ 10 installments per school year = $2,200.00 yearly

c) PLAN C: BEFORE & AFTER at 5 days per week, K to Grade 5: $440.00 per

installment @ 10 installments per school year = $4,400.00 yearly

d) PLAN D: BEFORE ONLY for NHES PRE-K children at 5 days per week:

$220.00 per installment @ 10 installments per school year = $2,200.00

e) PLAN E: AFTER ONLY (12 NOON TO 3:30 PM DAILY) for NHES PRE-K

children at 5 days per week: $310.00 per installment @ 10 installments

per school year = $3,100.00 yearly

f) PLAN F: AFTER ONLY (12 NOON TO 6:00 PM DAILY) for NHES PRE-K

children at 5 days per week: $500.00 per installment @ 10 installments

per school year

* Please Note: Schedules and Tuition Rates for PART-TIME NHES children

may be arranged if needed. Please contact the CCNH Director for more

information regarding Part-time Daycare options.

6) At the time of Registration, the following Full Day Daycare Programs for CCNH

Nursery/Pre-K/Kindergarten Readiness children Schedules and Tuition Rates will

be in effect for the 2011-12 year:

Full Day DAYCARE Programs & Tuition Rates 2011-12 School Year for Children attending Nursery or Kindergarten Readiness Classes at

Children’s Center of North Harford

* Please Note: Other DAYCARE/Nursery School Schedule Options may be available as CCNH Programs are flexible in order to meet needs of Parents and Families as much as possible. Please contact the Director at 410-836-0444 or ccnh707@zoominternet.net to discuss other schedule options.

7) At the time of Registration, the following “Me and My Shadow” Two Year Old

program Schedules and Tuition Rates will be in effect for the 2011-12 year:

For Fall “Me and My Shadow” Two Year Old Session, classes will be held on

Wednesdays, 10 AM to 11:30 AM beginning September 21st and ending December

14th 2011. Tuition for the Fall session of “Me and My Shadow” is $85.00 due at the

time of registration. There is no Registration Fee for the “Me and My Shadow”
